Registration 

Camp Registration Checklist

Registration opens on January 25, 2025.  

We recommend registering before the end of May so we can guarantee a tshirt for your camper. 

We can only guarantee a space for your girl scout if all forms are filled out and the camp fee is paid.  This includes a location release, the Girl Scout waiver and the registration form.  Please contact us if you have any questions. 

Note: If camp is canceled a refund will be issued minus the $50 non-refundable fee.  Spaces are limited so register early to reserve your place. 

Note: To cancel your reservation for a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable fee, must be done no later than May 15, 2025.  After that date no refunds will be issued.

Fees

The camp fee for  sport sampler campers is $245.00 which includes snacks and all equipment needed.

The camp fee for junior campers is $150.00 which includes snacks and all equipment needed.
Campers must bring their lunch everyday. 

*There is a $50.00 non-refundable fee per camper per camp.*
